Project: Children's Computer

Project to design a computer for young children. The objective was to employ fully functional computer hardware, and design a fun yet functional enclosure for the machine. Clients were interested in a robot sci-fi theme but with a much more cartoon-like quality. This rendering was one of the concepts proposed. The inspiration for the design came from a small portable TV made in the early 1960s. The robot's oversized cranium would serve to house a 13" CRT display.
